 First your feet are warmed with a Sage foot bath, then you are guided to the massage table.
 Gentle, but deep movement for the whole body, including back, legs, chest,neck & shoulders, face and head.

Dr Hauschka Rhythmic Body Oils are used exclusively, to create a massage truly unique from any other massage you have experienced. 

Rhythm fascinated Dr Hauschka and this formed the basis of his unique plant extraction process.  For each of the 6 custom blended oils created, the plant, flower and medicinal herbs are combined with the highest quality biodynamic plant oils.  Heated to body temperature for 7 days the organic  ingredients alternate between rest and movement, just as they would in the natural world. This specialized extraction process provides the Dr Hauschka Body Oils with their firming, activating, balancing  and harmonizing care.
A customized Dr Hauschka oil will be chosen for you based on your  unique needs.
