We are in the midst of summer and for many of us the firery energy of summer asks for a repose. I was unaware myself of the stimulating and at times urgent energy that accompanies summer, until a yoga teacher enlightened me. With more day light hours, trips and vacations to take, visitors, and kids home from school, there is indeed a more 'wild' energy to summer. That's why I created a Rose Facial to restore harmony to the whole being.
