Rosacea and Dr Hauschka's Proven Effectiveness

Typical Rosacea, dilated blood capillaries on the surface of the skin

Here are some simple but effective ways to treat Rosacea, skin that is reddened or sensitive.
In the morning when you cleanse your face...use the Dr Hauschka Lavender Bath in your wash basin.  Compress you face with the soothing Lavender Bath water.   To compress simply use a soft wash towel and soak it in warm water with a cap full of Lavender Bath added to it...place the compress on your skin and gently press against you face ...repeat 3 times.  This exercises the blood capillaries to help them become stronger.  Rosacea and redness often the result of the fluids in the capillaries not moving as they should...they become inflamed and we see them on the surface of the skin as redness or 'broken' capillaries.
Follow with Facial Toner in the day time and Rhythmic Conditioner Sensitive at night.  The rose and borage in this fantastic product normalizes excessive blood flow and restores strength and elasticity to the blood capillaries.
For day time use, Rose Day Cream calms and strengthens.
Ultimatly strengthening the capillaries so they can move the fluids along will greatly improve rosacea and skin prone to redness.
Incorporating Dr Hauschka Treatments into your self care plan for addressing Rosacea or redness is highly recommended.  Dr Hauschka Treatments use a unique form of  lymph stimulation that helps move the fluids in the skin and give the skin the memory of how to move along in a healthy way.
